The Highland Network is just that - a network of small family farms, primarily in the upper Midwest, that support the growth, promotion, and sales of quality Scottish Highland Cattle breeding stock, Highland Almosta Farm's Sue Dyke with young friend, Baileybeef, and Highland value added products. The network, organized in 2010 by Sue Dyke of Almosta Farm, provides Highland customers a conduit to multiple small farms. This provides Highland customers and enthusiasts with a large number of options, but with care you would expect from small family farms. The goal of the network is to provide the best quality products to meet the needs of the customer. The farms within the network feel strongly that this can be accomplished together through communication within the network, providing a synergistic effect that benefits not only the customer, but the family farms in the network.

Although these family farms are part of the network, they retain their individual identity and practices. They do, however, share the love for the animals they raise and the pride in the quality of their herds and products.
